Wisma Mirama Hiring! Full Time Accounts cum Admin Executive in Kuala Lumpur, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts cum Admin Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and be responsible for various accounting and administrative tasks.

Minimum Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of experience in maintaining a full set of company accounts.
  2. Experience in a commercial building leasing company is preferred.
  3. Ability to prepare invoices, payments, and receipts.
  4. Experience with daily banking, monthly bank reconciliation, and liaising with auditors and tax agents.
  5. Capable of monitoring cash flow, tenant deposits, and rental payments.
  6. Knowledge of tenancy agreements, documentation, and liaising with solicitors.
  7. Good documentation and filing skills.
  8. Ability to perform other duties as assigned by management.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain full set of company accounts and finalize for annual audit.
  • Prepare invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Handle daily banking and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and resolve related issues.
  • Communicate with tax agents and IRB regarding taxation matters.
  • Monitor company cash flow and liaise with banks.
  • Prepare tenancy-related documents and liaise with solicitors for tenancy agreements.
  • Monitor tenant deposits and rental payments for timely collection and follow-up on arrears.
  • Manage tenancy agreements for renewals and terminations.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and filing systems.
  • Assist tenants with inquiries related to tenancy documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
