A leading company is seeking an Accounts Cum Admin professional to manage financial accounts and office administration in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will handle accounting duties like compliance and audits while performing various administrative tasks. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is essential for effective communication. The Accounts Cum Admin professional will be responsible for a dual role that combines financial management with office administration.
Key Accounting Responsibilities:
Manage full set of accounts.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, e-Invoice, and SST regulations
Establish internal controls and accounting systems.
Monitor financial data and create management reports.
Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary.
Handle annual audits, tax submissions, and statutory filings.
Key Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage office documents and perform data entry
Schedule meetings and arrange travel for senior management
Handle incoming/outgoing communications
Maintain office facilities and purchase supplies
Assist with organizing company events
Provide general admin support, coach teammates, and take on other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Accounting/Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Atleast2 to 3Year(s)ofworkingexperienceintherelated field is required for this position. Experience with handling full set accounts (AP/GL/AR) for group of companies are encouraged to apply.
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
ExcellentMicrosoft Office Skills (MsExcel, Ms Words and Ms Office).
Knowledge on Accounting System with Xero Accounting Software, Autocount will be an advantage
High initiative anddetail oriented.
Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
