The role requires a diploma or certificate in Accounting, 1–2 years’ experience, strong Excel skills, and accurate, confidential handling of financial information. English and Mandarin communication is valued for collaboration with stakeholders.

• Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or clerical role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• English and Mandarin communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles.
• Experience with AutoCount accounting system.

Responsabilidades

• Record and process financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers with precision and accuracy.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• File and organise financial documents in a systematic manner.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding accounting matters.
• Perform general administrative duties to support the accounting function.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
