Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented data entry assistant with basic accounting knowledge to support daily bookkeeping tasks in a hybrid work setup. Familiarity with accounting software is preferred, and QuickBooks experience is a plus. The role requires accurate record-keeping of invoices, receipts, and payments, and close collaboration with a supervisor.

• Minimum SPM and basic accounting knowledge.
• Knowledge in relevant accounting software.
• Experience in Quickbooks is an added advantage.
• Good data entry with strong attention to details.
