Jora Malaysia is seeking an accountable finance professional in Selangor for entry-level accounting work. You will manage day-to-day accounting entries for AR, filing, and assist in monthly closings while coordinating with sales for order accuracy and stock checks.

The role requires a degree in Finance/Accounting or related fields and at least 6 months of experience or internship in accounting. Strong English communication, proactivity, and resilience are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of working experience or internship experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess strong communication skills in English
• Proactive, Independent & result-driven and presentable.
• Analytical minded, effective communication & interpersonal skills.
• Hardworking with initiative and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• To handle day-to-day accounting entry for AR
• Responsible for filing of documents
• Preparation of Credit Notes
• Perform receipt matching from customer
• Verification on stock returned by customer (RMA)
• Handle customer’s B2B portal
• Assist in monthly accounts closing
• Assist in physical stock count for selected entity as and when required
• Data input/update into accounting schedules from time to time
• Liaison with sales person
• Any other duty/task assigned by the company
