The company has established several associate corporate companies to embark in the development of housing and commercial properties, currently in the region of Melaka and Negeri Sembilan.

The management team consists of 2 experienced development background directors namely Mr. Henry Chong (Formerly in Grand City Group) with a vast experience of 20 years as project and finance director, completed more than 1000 unit properties during his project manager career. On the other hand, Mr. Michael Ng Kai Peng (Formerly in Unitedhome Development Group) has completed numerous project schemes in Melaka with a vast experience as civil engineer and project director for more than 30 years.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Clerk located in Malacca, Malaysia. The Accounts Clerk will be responsible for daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The role also involves preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. The Accounts Clerk will assist with audits and support the finance team with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in bookkeeping, invoicing, and managing accounts payable and receivable
• Experience in preparing financial reports and reconciling bank statements
• Understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience with accounting software
• Relevant certificate or diploma in Accounting or Finance
