About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to join our growing team at GREAT DEVELOPER SDN. BHD. in Bukit Baru , Melaka. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in maintaining our company's financial records and supporting our accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records

Prepare invoices, journal entries, and other financial documents

Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements

Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field

Minimum 1 year's of experience in a similar accounts clerk or bookkeeping role

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
