YS & CO, a Kuala Lumpur based SME audit firm established in 2023, is hiring an Accounts & Audit Associate. Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome and will receive on-the-job training. The role offers hands-on work in accounting and auditing, with opportunities to learn practical skills in a supportive environment that values work-life balance. No prior experience required; training provided; Diploma or Bachelor’s in accounting/related field.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles; familiarity with Excel and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, schedules and supporting documents.
• Assist in audit assignments, including checking financial records, invoices and supporting documents.
• Perform basic reconciliations and verification of accounting records.
• Organise and maintain proper accounting and audit documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and other accounting-related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the team.
