• Review journal entries and prepare monthly management accounts for Seniors.

Accounts Associate:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Associate:

• Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers
• Process invoices, payments, and staff claims
• Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end closing
• Ensure proper filing of documents and audit support

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, Xero)

Key Responsibilities:

Senior Accounts Associate:

• Review journal entries and ledgers prepared by juniors
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reports
• Support tax/SST submissions and liaise with auditors
• Assist in supervising team and improving processes
