Accounts Assistant (账户助理)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Assistant to join our team at Pristine Glory Sdn Bhd in Pusing Perak. As an Account Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of our company. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional development and growth.

Responsibilities:-

• Timely preparation of finance and management report and analysis.
• To provide support in the month-end closing of accounts and daily accounting functions of the Company.
• To liaise with bankers, tax agents, auditors & governmental bodies in conjunction with the department's daily operation.
• Responsible account payable invoice processing, 3 way matching, supplier reconciliation and supplier payment.
• Handling petty cash: Preparing bills and receipts, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Keeping accounting records up to date, and making copies and filing documents

Requirements:-

• LCC1, Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• 3 to 5 years working experience in general / Account Payable & finance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting system such as SQL will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willing to learn and work beyond job scope when necessary.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can start work immediately.
