Accounts Assistant (Urgent Hiring)

At Wonder UV Purification, a newly established water sterilizer company with foreign investment in Senai Airport City, Johor, we are dedicated to providing innovative solutions in water purification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue invoices and organize warehouse accounting documents.
• Manage and reconcile warehouse accounts.
• Handle financial tasks independently, including bank deposits and interactions with government agencies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for communication and account reconciliation with overseas suppliers.
• Proficient in Mandarin for coordination with the Chinese headquarters and partners.

Skills:

• Familiarity with factory accounting processes and warehouse account management.
• Competence in accounting tasks and handling matters related to banks and government departments (own transportation is required).

Applicants residing near Senai will be given preference, allowing for a convenient commute to our facility.
