Job description

Daily cash balance management and ensuring cash flows are adequate to support the effective operation of business units within a group of companies.

Responsible for daily accounts department operations by supervising, guiding, and reviewing the work of subordinates across the group.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers.

Serve as a middleman between internal auditors and all departments.

Coordinate with the admin department and banks for all banking activities.

Manage petty cash control.

Perform ad hoc tasks or assignments as required.

Assist in daily accounting operations.

Liaise with auditors, bankers, and other authorities.

Prepare monthly financial reports.

Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or a part professional qualification such as ACCA, MIA.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in handling partial or full set of accounts in an established company.

Computer literate with hands-on experience in Cargo Wise is an advantage.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of computerized accounting is an added advantage.

Pleasant personality with good communication skills.

Knowledge of the forwarding industry is an advantage.

Experience in handling full set accounts is an advantage.

Possess a valid license for process own transport.
