About the job Accounts Assistant Executive

Company Background:

The hotel, with six branches in Johor, is a growing establishment committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Candidates who join this company will be assigned to work at their HQ at Tun Aminah branch.

Salary Range: RM2500-RM3000 (basic)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
  2. Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
  3. Help prepare financial statements and reports.
  4. Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  5. Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
  6. Maintain organized financial records and ensure data accuracy.
  7. Support internal and external audit processes.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information.
  9. Assist in implementing and maintaining financial controls.

Job Requirement:

  1. Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  4. Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
