Job summary

A leading company is seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant for a 3–6 month contract. This role offers fresh graduates a hands-on experience in full-spectrum accounting tasks within a supportive environment. Work Schedule: 5-day work week

FC-Bios is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team on a 3–6 months contract basis. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals seeking hands-on experience in full-spectrum accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, reconciliations, and month-end support. You will work closely with our Senior Accounts Executive in a collaborative and supportive environment. We offer a 5-day work week and our office is directly accessible via the SS15 LRT station. Outstanding performers may be considered for a permanent position.

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist in daily accounting functions including payments, reconciliations, collections, and bank deposits.
  • Process payments to vendors and suppliers with proper verification of supporting documents.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks as per the set timeline.
  • Record collections and match them with invoices in the accounting system daily.
  • Prepare aging reports, issue statements of account, and follow up on payment statuses.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Minimum qualification: LCCI or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
