Job summary

SWIFT GROUP OF COMPANIES in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support billing operations, issue invoices accurately, and collaborate with Accounts & CS teams to ensure timely and precise customer billing. Ideal candidates have a diploma/degree in accounting or related field, proficiency in Excel, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, invoicing, logistics, or freight forwarding is an added advantage.
• Comfortable working with numbers, documents and spreadsheets.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently while being a good team player.
