Job summary

Acer, a leading global PC vendor, seeks an Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have LCCI or a Diploma in Accounting, a strong work ethic, and be proficient in MS Office with knowledge in Oracle software as an added advantage. This role involves liaising with various stakeholders and monitoring accounts receivable, making it critical for ensuring smooth financial operations.

• Assist in daily accounting operations and transactions.

To liaise with government authorities, auditors and customers as required.

Account receivable monitoring, reporting & collection follow up when necessary.

Carry out other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Verify claims for compliance & assist in issuance credit note, debit note & other related documents.

Requirements

Candidates with LCCI/Diploma in Accounting with at least 2 years of working experience.

Meticulous, analytical and able to handle tasks under pressure and tight deadline.

Proficient in MS Office and exposure in Oracle accounting software will be an advantage.

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Possess good working attitude and able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage
