Qualifications

• Au moins 1 an d'expérience dans le domaine de la comptabilité.
• Connaissance approfondie des états financiers et des fonctions comptables.
• Capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à prendre des décisions.

Responsibilities

• Fournir un soutien administratif et de saisie de données aux gestionnaires comptables.
• Mettre à jour les dossiers des clients et effectuer des rapprochements mensuels.
• Veiller à ce que les délais des comptes quotidiens soient respectés.

Job description

Job Description:

1. Provide administrative and clerical support to accounting managers or senior accountants.
2. Update client records, journals, ledgers, and file financial records and important documentation. Identify and resolve errors in financial records.
3. Ensure daily accounts functions and deadlines are met.
4. Ensure proper filing of account documentation and supporting documents.
5. Perform monthly reconciliations.
6. Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of working experience in the accounting field.
2. Possess at least an LCCI diploma or equivalent in accounting.
3. Fluent in written and verbal communication in BM, English, and Mandarin, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
4. Experience in using accounting software.
5. Extensive knowledge of financial statements and accounting functions.
6. High standard of accuracy.
7. Ability to collect, analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions.
8. Attention to detail.
9. Bookkeeping skills.
10. Critical thinking skills.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
12. Ability to multitask.
13. Problem-solving skills.
