Responsibilities
- Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure financial statements and related reports are prepared accurately and promptly.
- Maintain accounts payable aging and reconcile vendor statements.

Job Responsibilities
- Familiar with AR & AP procedures and data entries.
- Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure financial statements and related reports are prepared accurately and promptly.
- Maintain accounts payable aging and reconcile vendor statements.
- Assist in issuing quotations, delivery notes, and invoices to dealers.
- Assist in arranging export documents such as packing lists.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements

- Proficient in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
