Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for preparing / processing financial documents for entry into accounting software, including customer invoices, supplier bills, purchase orders, accounts receivable and payable entries, reports and other related records.
  • Ensure timely processing and preparation of all payment requests, including staff claims and statutory payment.
  • Handle internal and external vendor correspondences via email and provide supports to colleagues as needed.
  • Assist the Account Executive in monthly closing of accounts.
  • Maintain proper filing and labelling of financial documents.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word / Excel.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Independent, multi-tasking and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
