Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.

- Responsible for preparing financial documents for accounting software.
- Ensure timely processing of payment requests.
- Assist the Account Executive in monthly closing of accounts.

Job Responsibility
- Responsible for preparing / processing financial documents for entry into accounting software, including customer invoices, supplier bills, purchase orders, accounts receivable and payable entries, reports and other related records.
- Ensure timely processing and preparation of all payment requests, including staff claims and statutory payment.
- Handle internal and external vendor correspondences via email and provide supports to colleagues as needed.
- Assist the Account Executive in monthly closing of accounts.
- Maintain proper filing and labelling of financial documents.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word / Excel.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Independent, multi-tasking and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
