Job description

CR Consultancy Pte Ltd is hiring a Part-time Accounts Assistant role in Damansara Damai, Selangor. Apply now to be part of our team.


Job Summary:
  • Flexible hours available
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required
  • Expected salary: RM20 per hour

Work from home 100%; must be independent, disciplined, and tech-savvy.

Part-time or flexible working hours, from a few hours a day to a few hours every 2 days, depending on client workload.

Location: Home-based

Job Requirements:
  • Independently close full sets of accounts using reasonable accounting principles
  • Knowledge/experience with Xero or QuickBooks Online preferred
  • If no Xero experience, complete a 10-hour online training to become a Xero Certified Advisor
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Reasonable accounting qualifications and experience

RM20 per hour for Accounts Staff, with opportunities for promotion to reviewer roles based on performance.

Suitable for stay-at-home mums or retirees with an accounting or HR background.

Please note: We do not accept candidates seeking weekend-only roles, as our client requires daily or bi-daily accounting support.

Applicants should have a working laptop (minimum Windows 10, at least 8GB RAM, SSD) and decent internet (minimum 20 Mbps). Corporate laptops can be provided for applicants in Penang, KL, JB.

  • HR Specialist familiar with Malaysian HR and willing to learn Singapore HR
  • Chartered Valuer & Appraiser performing valuations per IVS standards
  • Singapore Tax Agent with experience in Singapore corporate tax
  • Xero migration, setup, or template creation
  • Malaysia Licensed Tax Agent
  • Malaysia Licensed Company Secretary
