About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Accounting department by ensuring accurate record-keeping and financial reporting.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions

Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts

Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports

Performing bank reconciliations and cash management tasks

Providing administrative support to the Accounting team as needed

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum at least 5 years of experience in an accounts assistant or similar role

Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
