Job description

Financial Transactions

Process and record daily sales transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.

Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Handle refunds, exchanges, and adjustments accurately in the accounting system.

Accounts Payable and Receivable

Manage accounts payable by processing vendor invoices, verifying purchase orders, and ensuring timely payment.

Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and promptly.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely collection.

Administrative Support

Assist in administrative tasks related to financial and accounting functions.

Provide support to the finance team on various projects and ad hoc tasks.

Inventory & Stock Monitoring

Conduct weekly stock checks at retail outlets to verify inventory levels.

Reconcile physical stock with system records and report any discrepancies.

May involve travel to outlets and physical stock handling.

Data Entry & Recordkeeping

Accurately input financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.

Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audit and internal review.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Preferably proficient in spoken Mandarin & Cantonese - essential to liaise with China & Hong Kong based suppliers

Prior experience in accounting or finance is an added advantage.

Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.

Understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.

Comfortable with occasional outlet visits and light physical work during stock checks.
