Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Assistant, based in Kuala Lumpur. The Account Assistant will be responsible for

  • Issuing Invoices and Official Receipts
  • Sending Invoices and Statement of Accounts to customers
  • Generate Monthly debtor aging reports
  • Monitoring debtors collection
  • Reporting to the Accounts Manager
  • Maintain accurate and organized records

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Accounting
  • Experience in invoicing is a plus
  • Preferred mandarin-speaking candidate as the company deals with many chinese-speaking companies.
