Job description

MyCA Accountants & Advisors is a group of professional Chartered Accountants, Tax Consultants, Company Secretaries, Financial Planners, and Business Consultants. In view of business expansion, we are seeking potential candidates to fill the position of Accounts Assistant.

Job Description
  1. Prepare full sets of management accounts for clients.
  2. Check documents to ensure all accounting documentation is sufficient for audit work and tax purposes.
  3. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and clients regarding audit status, tax matters, work progress, and communication.
  4. Discuss documentation issues with clients related to management account preparation.
  5. Provide accurate and timely financial information for client decision-making.
  6. Ensure statutory submissions are made before deadlines.
  7. Maintain knowledge of accounting procedures and principles.
  8. Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
  1. Possess at least LCCI Level 1, 2, or 3, Diploma, or Degree in Accountancy.
  2. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  3. Knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with UBS, SQL Accounting, Autocount is an advantage.
  4. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
  5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Immediate availability is preferred.
  7. Proficiency in Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
