Accounts Assistant

• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: RM1,900 - RM2,300 per month

1. Assist on handling full set account including but not limited to daily account operation.

2. Responsible for all types of account payable, receivable routines, closing stock, book-keeping, management and verification of daily income and expenses.

3. Perform month end closing eg. Data entry in accounting system, prepare account schedule.

4. Assists on annual statutory accounts, corporate tax and ensure timely compliance & submission.

5. Assist and liaise with external auditors on the yearly audit preparation.

6. Support the taxation matters of the company.

7. Assists on handling bank deposit and collection of cash.

8. Responsible for the safety management of cash, cheques, and other receipts.

9. Monitor ageing collection and credit control.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance.

• Minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of requirement for Financial Reporting Standard, and corporate tax.

• Experience in integrated real-time ERP & SQL system is an added advantage.
