• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting.
• Must be independent and have good interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify bank-in slips from outlets.
• Maintain accounts receivable and payable listings.
• Reconcile bank statements and process payments.

Receive and verify the bank-in slips from outlets

Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures

Data entry- cash received from outlets

Maintain listing of accounts receivable and payable

Maintain the general ledger

Maintain and reconcile the bank statement

Checking of invoice and process payments to suppliers and service providers

To ensure bills are paid accurately and on time

Inventory adjustment entries upon request

Prepare all financial and related reports upon request within established time limits

Maintain a filing system for all financial documents

Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial files

Any other duties assigned by the Management as and when deemed necessary

Qualifications

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or a similar role

Independent with good interpersonal skills

Must be computer literate

Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Perling, Johor
