Auasia Agrotech Sdn Bhd is a growing organization dedicated to excellence in agriculture technologies. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance & accounting team.

Responsibilities:

1. Daily Accounting Operations: Handle data entry of transactions in the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Periodic Tasks: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks as instructed, contributing to the smooth operation of the Accounts department.
3. Document Management: Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation, ensuring easy access to important financial records.
4. Support and Collaboration: Assist your supervisor with various accounting and clerical tasks, working as part of a cohesive team.
5. Versatility: Take on additional ad hoc duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Possess at least an LCCI or Diploma in accounting or equivalent.
• Working Experience: Ideally, have at least 1 year of working experience in accounting, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to efficiently manage tasks and present information. Familiarity with AUTOCOUNT is an added advantage.
