We are a licensed foreign labour company (Licence C holder) seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts cum Administrative Assistant to support our daily financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing basic accounts, processing documentation related to foreign workers, and ensuring smooth office operations in compliance with local labour and immigration regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
- Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and payment records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with bank reconciliations.
- Handle petty cash, expense claims, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and relevant authorities when necessary.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) for worker-related documentation.
- Assist in preparing and submitting applications for worker permits, renewals, and other government-related matters.
- Coordinate with government agencies (JTK, KDN, Immigration) for compliance matters.
- Handle office administrative tasks including ordering office supplies, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Support HR functions such as maintaining worker attendance records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of working experience in accounting or administrative roles preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Experience in foreign worker processing and documentation is highly preferred.
