About the role
Usaha Perkasa Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Accounts and Admin Executive to join their team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, processing payments, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business.
What you'll be doing
Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
Processing payments, invoices, and other financial transactions in a timely and organised manner
Preparing financial reports and statements as required
Providing administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and answering inquiries
Assisting with inventory management and other operational tasks as needed
Ensuring compliance with relevant financial and accounting regulations
What we're looking for
At least 2-3 years of experience in an accounts or administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as SQL or Autocount
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
