A dynamic company seeking an Accounts and Administration Assistant to manage accounts payable and receivable while providing vital clerical support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, possess LCCI Intermediate, and communicate effectively in Mandarin. This role offers a rewarding opportunity in a supportive work environment with a structured schedule.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including data entry, invoicing & payment;
Maintain and organize company files and documents;
Provide clerical support to Accounts Department.
Job Responsibilities (Administrative):-
To provide general administrative and Operations support;
Filing and updating correspondences;
To carry out daily clerical & admin work;
To handle parcel deliveries and collection;
To perform a wide range of administrative support as needed.
Requirements: -
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U
Required Skill(s): With LCCI Intermediate or equivalent
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, accounting software (Autocount) will be an added advantage.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
3 years relevant working experience
Applicants must be willing to work in Sunway Velocity, Cheras, KL
