About the role

We are seeking an Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team at ARTISAN3D SDN. BHD. in USJ, Selangor. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to play a key role in the finance and administration functions of our dynamic 3D printing company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Bookkeeping & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including daily transactions, payments, and invoices using cloud software. Able to handle full sets of accounts.
  2. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, verify invoices and delivery orders, and ensure payments are received and processed correctly.
  3. Internal Claims & Commission: Process and prepare staff claims and commissions based on company policies.
  4. E-invoice: Support the preparation and submission of e-invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  5. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements as needed.
  6. Provide administrative support, including coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling general office tasks.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and administration, preferably in a small to medium-sized business.
  2. Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accounting, or a related field.
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  4. Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other office productivity tools.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  6. A self-motivated and proactive individual with a keen eye for problem-solving.
