Job description

They are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to support their finance and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the full set of accounts and ensure monthly financial records are accurate and up to date.
  2. Handle daily accounting operations and assist with overall office administration.
  3. Monitor cash flow and manage banking transactions, including the preparation of bank guarantees.
  4. Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
  5. Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
  6. Prepare and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
  7. Process monthly payroll, staff expense claims, and reimbursements.
  8. Support general office administrative tasks and daily operations.
  9. Perform other ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
  2. At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SQL Accounting Software is a plus.
  4. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
  5. Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  6. Adaptable, eager to learn, and willing to grow with the team.
