Are you someone who thrives on meticulous organization, with a genuine passion for managing accounts and overseeing administrative tasks? If you have hands-on experience with SQL accounting systems and a talent for ensuring seamless operations, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a valued member of our team at Big Nuts!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of invoices to clients.
  2. Utilize your expertise in SQL accounting systems to record, track, and reconcile client payments and invoices.
  3. Monitor client accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain clear and professional communication.
  4. Contribute to month-end and year-end financial closing activities, ensuring data integrity.
  5. Provide support in general administrative tasks, such as responding to emails and managing office supplies.
  6. Assist with record-keeping and documentation for financial and administrative purposes.
  7. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in invoicing and payment tracking.
  8. Support HR functions, including employee onboarding, payroll coordination, and maintaining employee records.
  9. Manage reseller orders, from invoicing to follow-up with the fulfillment team and arranging delivery.
  10. Assist with any ad hoc issues or escalations that arise.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  2. Proven track record in accounts and administrative roles, with hands-on experience in SQL accounting systems.
  3. Solid understanding of invoicing procedures, payment processing, and financial reconciliation.
  4. Proficiency in utilizing accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy in handling financial data.
  6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client communication.
  7. Organized multitasker capable of managing various responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  8. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  9. Prior experience in the FMCG industry is advantageous.
