Job Responsibilities
  • Update accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Update financial data into databases to ensure information is accurate
  • Perform research, reconcile bank accounts, and resolve all issues in processes
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting and all tax documents for record keeping in soft and hard copy
  • Monitor company cash flow and prepare monthly reports for overview
  • Monitor all account payable checks, prepare invoices, and update all accounts
  • Organize customer contracts and evaluate all agreements and invoices
  • Responsible for office administration including document preparation, filing, phone answering, reception, parcel receiving, and delivery
  • Prepare minutes of meetings
  • Manage petty cash, workers' wages, and staff claims
