We are currently seeking an Accounting Senior Analyst to join our General Accounting team. The primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day general accounting activities and overseeing the monthly accounting close process for the APJ region.

The successful candidate will handle all accounting and financial aspects of assigned accounts or responsibilities within One Identity.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly accounting close, balance sheet reconciliations, and inter-company invoicing in accordance with corporate accounting policies.
• Prepare and post journal entries, analyze financial statements and ledger activities, and conduct variance analysis.
• Maintain statutory records and participate in statutory audits, corporate tax preparation, ensuring compliance with all objectives.
• Collaborate with operations, internal teams, external auditors, tax consultants, and company secretaries to resolve accounting issues and drive process improvements.
• Engage in continuous process improvement projects, work closely with business partners to rectify exceptions, and ensure process consistency regionally and globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA/ICAEW preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in an accounting or audit firm or multinational corporation.
• Experience with monthly accounting cycles, financial reporting, and understanding of IFRS, local GAAP, and relevant standards.
• Knowledge of local tax laws, statutory accounts preparation, and working with auditors and tax agents.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office; Oracle knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective time management, organization skills, and ability to multitask.
• Results-oriented, detail-focused, flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across all management levels.
