Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Deliver timely and accurate technical support to clients using our accounting and audit software.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, resolve, and document software-related issues while providing clear guidance to customers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with software developers and support teams to identify, escalate, and resolve defects or bugs.
  • Compliance: Ensure all support aligns with auditing standards, accounting principles, and best practices.
  • System Enhancement: Review and analyze support tickets to provide feedback and recommendations for software improvements.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and validation to ensure software reliability, accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software support, customer service, or accounting system support.
  • Solid understanding of accounting or auditing principles (experience with audit software is a plus).
