Accounting & Personal Assistant (Japanese-speaking)

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,500 (based on experience and qualifications)

We are the Malaysian branch of a major Japanese healthcare group that operates clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and aesthetic clinics across Japan. We are currently looking for a bilingual Accounting Assistant cum Personal Assistant to support our daily operations in KL Sentral.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily bookkeeping and financial data entry
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Assist with monthly and yearly closing procedures
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Provide administrative support to the Malaysia Branch Director
  • Arrange business travel, including flight bookings to Japan
  • Coordinate with HQ in Japan and handle correspondence in Japanese
  • Manage general office duties and assist with miscellaneous tasks

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Japanese (reading & writing at a business level)
  • Proficient in English and Malay
  • Graduate of the University of Malaya – Japanese Studies Department
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently

Preferred:

  • Experience in accounting or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with Japanese corporate culture and communication style
