- Manage daily finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, and month-end close.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop financial policies and internal controls.
- Lead finance projects to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain strong banking relationships for financing needs.
- Mentor and manage the finance team, promoting continuous development.
- Implement technology solutions to streamline processes.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Accounting Manager/Assistant Manager Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven expertise in accounting and financial management within the FMCG/F&B/retail industry.
- Strong understanding of SEA financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Experience managing teams of 7-8 members.
