Accounting Manager

Financial Management: Oversee and manage full set accounts, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Client Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their accounting needs are met efficiently.

Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to local tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency in accounting operations.

Audit Preparation: Coordinate and support external and internal audits.

Liaison with Authorities: Communicate with tax authorities, banks, and regulatory bodies as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.

Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks, or Xero).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Independence: Ability to work independently and make sound financial decisions.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial data management.
