Manage and guide the Finance Department in daily financial activities, including revenue, costing & inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the general ledger.
Lead and oversee monthly financial closing and reporting activities, providing in-depth analysis of results.
Analyze product cost behavior to identify cost models that support financial improvements and decision-making.
Manage financial forecasting and budgeting activities, initiating relevant control measures with business units.
Support business units in capital expenditure requests and decisions.
Coordinate and oversee annual financial audits and internal controls compliance activities.
Act as a business partner to unit leaders in strategic planning and process improvement, providing value-added analysis and advice.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Possess a degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualifications, with 6 to 8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
Ability to interpret and interrelate data for business analysis and decision-making projections.
Experience with accounting standards, management reporting, statutory compliance, and ERP systems.
High integrity, meticulousness, and good reporting skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and team collaboration abilities.
