Job summary

CTDK Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a disciplined student intern to assist daily accounting tasks, data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records at our Kuala Lumpur office. This role offers hands-on exposure to Accounts Receivable and multi-channel sales platforms.

You'll help extract sales reports, prepare Sales Orders in AutoCount, reconcile platform settlements, and support month-end closing and audit preparation under the guidance of the accounts team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of AutoCount is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn.
• Able to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work well with the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records.
• Support Accounts Receivable activities across online platforms (Website, TikTok, and Shopee), retail outlets, and events.
• Assist in extracting sales reports and preparing Sales Orders in the AutoCount accounting system.
• Match platform settlement reports against sales records, fees, deductions, and payments received.
• Assist in recording sales using the Gross Method under the guidance of the accounts team.
• Help identify and follow up on discrepancies, including missing payouts and unexpected deductions.
• Assist with account reconciliations, month-end closing, and preparation of financial reports.
• Support audit preparation by compiling supporting documents, preparing audit schedules, and assisting with audit queries.
• Organise and maintain accounting documents and filing records.
