Job summary

Beiersdorf is seeking an enthusiastic Accounting Intern to assist with day-to-day accounting tasks and build a solid foundation in financial management.

You will support data verification, reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable monitoring, and assist in preparing schedules for internal review, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting tasks including data verification and reconciliation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Help manage accounts payable including vendor invoices, payments, employee expenses and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist in monitoring of accounts receivable and ensure timely and accurate collection.
• Support the preparation of schedules reports for review of internal teams.
• Participate in financial audits and provide support in auditor queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting procedures.
• Take part in ad-hoc projects as needed.
