Accounting Factory Admin

What you'll do:

1. Configure and set up client company settings inside our internally developed system based on ad-hoc requests and provided information.
2. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of bank transactions in our internally developed system based on ad-hoc requests and provided information.
3. Maintain an Excel spreadsheet to track new incoming client assignments.
4. Highlight any discrepancies found during the course of work and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall process of the team in a timely manner.
5. Any additional tasks as required by Management.

Who you are:

1. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
2. Excellent proficiency in both writing and spoken English with a customer-first mindset and the ability to explain concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers.
3. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
4. Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment with frequent product improvements and updates.
5. Having experience in the Accounting-related field is an added advantage.
