Responsibilities
  • Audit, process, and ensure timely payment of all hotel payments.
  • Account for and audit all purchase orders, receive records, and supplier invoices.
  • Ensure all invoices have proper supporting documents and authorization before processing.
  • Prepare vouchers, including cost distributions and account codes.
  • Balance suppliers’ monthly statements with the hotel’s accounts payable records.
  • Respond to queries from suppliers and other parties related to accounts payable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • University degree or higher.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese.
  • System skills in Check SCM, SUN.
