Job description

1. Candidate should possess a minimum of LCCI Higher / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.

2. Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in handling full set accounts for a company, with some experience in e-invoicing, GST, KWSP, and tax submissions.

3. Good computer literacy and familiarity with Autocount accounting software.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate good leadership and work attitude to lead and delegate teams in performing daily accounting and operational activities.
  2. Perform month-end closing activities and prepare reports such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets for management.
  3. Delegate tasks such as monthly bank reconciliation, supplier payments, and debtor statement preparations to team members.
  4. Oversee the preparation of sales aging lists and review payment issues with sales teams or customers.
  5. Handle monthly salary processing, salesmen incentives, and claims.
  6. Prepare full set of year-end financial reports, liaise with auditors during audits, and manage tax submissions.
