Job Responsibilities and Key Results:
- Handle daily finance operational matters in Accounts Receivable for PBA Group including its subsidiaries located in Singapore.
- Monitor, manage daily payment collection and posting.
- Track overdue invoices and follow up on them.
- Manage the release of credit holds on customer accounts.
- Maintain customer accounts.
- Keep proper filing of all documents.
- Handle intercompany reconciliation.
- Assist in cash flow forecasting.
- Assist in monthly management reporting.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Required skills include ERP systems; experience with Dynamic 365, Pandora, or Autocount is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Available to start on short notice.
- Good attitude, high integrity, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to work at Bayan Lepas, Penang.
