Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (LCCI holders are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English (reading and writing) to communicate with clients from China.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, or fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Familiarity with standard accounting processes and systems is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts for assigned clients, including cash flow and financial reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and perform general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees.
- Liaise professionally with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Support portfolio management and participate in various accounting projects.
- Keep updated on the latest accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

Additional Information
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping Accounting Software, Microsoft Excel, and Financial Reporting is preferred.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of Payroll Processing, Accounting Communication, and Accounting Standards (LCCI) are advantageous.
