Job Scope / Responsibilities :
1. Completion of Full Financial Statements – Income Statement & Balance Sheet monthly for Management review.
2. Responsible for daily accounting activities and transaction – SST/E-Invoice, invoice, billing, payment voucher.
3. Assist in all aspects of accounting, SST, E-Invoice, personal & corporate tax related analysis.
4. Liaise with external Auditors, Tax Agents, Company Secretary, Bankers and Solicitors when necessary.
5. Prepare monthly closing account and report (monthly and quarterly financial statement) for timely submission to management.
6. To handle full set account, balance sheet, profit & loss, consolidation and cash flow management.
7. Able to keep full set accounts for more than one company independently.
8. Liaise tax agent, company secretary and external auditor when required pertaining to accounts.
9. Ensuring compliance with statutory, filing and other similar matters.
10. Daily Data Entry in Accounting System.
11. Payment Preparation via Internet Banking.
12. To monitor and prepare Daily Cumulative Sales report and to check and verify Daily Sales Report, Bank in Slip and etc. submitted buy all outlets operated under the company.
13. To assist in month-end processes (i.e preparations and review of journal entries, accounts reconciliation, ensuring accurate postings and review of monthly AR/AP status).
14. To assist with the yearly audit preparations and tax computation as well as other required reports.
15. Value-added contribution – Collaborates across departments for innovative solutions to improve quality and reduce costs. 16. Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Management from time to time.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years' of relevant experience.
Organized and able to multi-task.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
