PAID Internship : SME Operations Intern ( Business Admin + Customer Service )

Location: MSSK Enterprise, Air Panas Market, KL (Hybrid)

Working Hours (Onsite): 8am–2pm | Mondays Off

Type: Internship (Min. 3 Months)

Allowance: RM500 /month + Free onsite Meals

Start Date: ASAP

We’re MSSK Enterprise , a humble, local vegetable seller and supplier operating since 1999 at Air Panas Market, KL. We supply to canteens, restaurants, and businesses across the city.

We’re looking for an intern who’s curious, responsible, and ready to learn. If you enjoy solving problems, organizing data, and speaking to people , this role might be for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Key in invoices and bills using our Google system & online accounting software
  • Help manage customer relationships via WhatsApp, phone & in person
  • Support our daily billing and account management
  • Learn how SMEs run behind the scenes and suggest ways to make it better!

You Should Be:

  • Comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.
  • Able to speak English + BM (Chinese/Tamil is a bonus!)
  • A fresh grad or student looking for real hands-on experience
  • Not afraid to speak up or suggest new ideas
  • Punctual, polite, and a little curious
