We invite dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our academic team as an Accounting and Finance Lecturer/Tutor.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• To conduct teaching and provide academic support and ensure that programmes are delivered in accordance with the prescribed standard/quality.
• To monitor student report progress in terms of academic performance and attendance.
• To offer counselling to students and provide pastoral care.
• Nurture student talents and potential through extracurricular activities.
• Involve in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
• Work in collaboration with sales and marketing to achieve targeted student enrolment, including organizing seminars, college activities, open days and programme previews.

Requirements

Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:

• A Masters degree in Accounting or related field and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
• A Master's degree in Accounting or related field and a member of professional bodies recognized by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants;
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a member of professional bodies recognized by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants; OR with FIVE (5) years of working experience.

Additional Criteria:

• Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials, including the effective use of IT technologies in facilitating teaching and learning.
• Possess good written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently.
